KT Raiders C team captures Super Bowl title

The Kingston Township Raiders C team recently captured its second consecutive Wyoming Valley West Youth Football League championship with a 32-8 win against the Plymouth Shawnee Indians at Lackawanna County Stadium. The Raiders C team is comprised of players in third and fourth grade who reside in the Back Mountain. Members of the team, from left, first row are Ryan Boedecker, Chris Knecht, Michael Olenginski, Omar Nijmeh, Jason Morgan, Corey Patrick and Aaron Kliamovich. Second row: Justin Cooper, Kyle Piscorik, Christian Wargo, Ryan Martin, Michael Golden, Mitch Kelly, David Edwards, Peter Capitano, Tanner Gattuso, Nick Mathers and Shawn Spencer.
